Job title:
Principal Engineer, digital CMOS/FPGA design
Job duties:
The person seeking this position will need to be extremely fluent in Verilog and have extensive tape-out and product experience with high-end FPGAs as well as ASIC design. He/she has in-depth experience with design of deep sub-micron low power CMOS solutions in mixed-mode chip designs and/or SoCs. Experience with asynchronous digital circuit design, synthesis and using third party IP blocks is necessary.
Education:
MSc in Electrical Engineering, closely-related or foreign equivalent.
Special Requirements:
A solid ability to program embedded microcontrollers and CPU cores in C/C++ is necessary. Solid background in signal processing and knowledge of DSP design in FPGA is a big plus. Must know tools: Matlab, Modelsim, Synopsis synthesis. Good to master tools: Agilent ADS, Cadence, Visual C++, a major PCB Layout and schematics tool.
Additional skills (not necessary, but a plus):
High-speed PCB circuit design, Microcomputer system design, Linux.

Senior RF Architects
Job duties:
Design analog RF circuits for narrow band UHF, microwave and higher frequency ranges, and very broad band RF circuit solutions. Create antenna interface solutions for TX and RX stages of highly low power transceiver solutions. Develop schematics entries, layout and simulation for device and circuit level solutions above. Maintain work related tools for design and productivity. Document work outputs for company knowledge transfer, related IP properties and publications for conferences and journals.
Education:
MSc in Electrical Engineering or closely-related, or foreign equivalent.
Special Requirements:
Background in CMOS RF and microwave design, including high-speed mixed signal circuit design in deep-submicron CMOS technology; theoretical base in devices, CMOS circuit design, electromagnetism, and communication systems; ability to design board level prototypes from off-the-shelf and custom discrete and integrated components; device physics knowledge and modeling skill for high frequency applications; background with high frequency measurement instruments and techniques, including precision on-wafer measurements with probestation and various high-frequency de-embedding procedures; and knowledge of electromagnetic issues with RF/microwave circuit and antenna design.

Job duties:
Design, dimension, architect and evaluate radio frequency circuit solutions in fine geometry CMOS processes in higher frequency microwave to millimeter wave ranges.
Education:
MSc in Electrical Engineering, or foreign equivalent.
Skills:
